Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and fair experience for every child and family. Please review the policies below before registering.

• Registration is confirmed once payment is received.

• Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment can be made online via credit card.

Due to limited class sizes and preparation involved, we are unable to offer refunds once a spot has been secured close to the start of the term.

No refunds will be issued within 5 days before the lesson or term start date.

Withdrawals made earlier than 5 days before the start date may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the discretion of Cadence Music Academy.

Missed classes due to illness, travel, or personal reasons are non-refundable and cannot be made up

Class Cancellations

If a class is cancelled by the instructor, a make-up class or credit will be offered.

• Smart Start classes are designed for children aged 0 to 4.

• Caregiver participation is required for children ages 0–3.

Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes (website or social media). Please let us know if you prefer your child not to be included.
